3. Do we get copies of leases? Yes, once signed they are uploaded to your buildium account.
4. When does rent get deposited? Rent is sent by the 10th of each month & deposited to you.
5. Where does the security deposits go? Legally SNB holds all deposits and is the mediator.
6. How do we get our reports? You can log in at anytime and run your reports.
7. Why should I get 3D photos? It better shows off your property to renters.
